1. The service

JPGPDF.cc provides a free browser-based tool for converting supported images into a PDF. Available features may include multiple-image conversion, page ordering, rotation, page settings and a maximum PDF file-size option.

The service may be used for lawful personal, educational or commercial purposes. No account is required to use the converter.

2. Your files and local processing

Selected images and generated PDFs are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to the JPGPDF.cc server. You remain responsible for your source files, the generated PDF and any copies saved on your device.

You should keep your own backup of important files. Refreshing or closing the page may clear files and PDF data held temporarily in browser memory.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the legal right or permission to use and convert every image you select. You are responsible for checking the finished PDF before submitting, publishing or sharing it.

You agree not to:

• Use JPGPDF.cc for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity.
• Process material that unlawfully violates another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Attempt to damage, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the website.
• Misrepresent JPGPDF.cc or suggest that your files have been reviewed, approved or certified by the website.

4. PDF output and file-size limits

The file-size setting is a maximum target, not a promise that the PDF will contain an exact number of bytes. A finished PDF may be smaller than the selected limit.

With many pages, detailed images and a very small limit, the tool may not be able to produce a readable PDF within the requested size. Compression can reduce image clarity. JPGPDF.cc does not guarantee that a generated PDF will meet the rules of any government office, school, employer, application portal or other recipient.

5. Browser and device requirements

The converter requires JavaScript and a reasonably current web browser. Performance depends on your browser, device memory, image size, image format and number of pages. Some formats, including HEIC, may need extra local processing and may not work on every browser or device.

6. Intellectual property

You keep any rights you have in the images you select and the PDF you create. These terms do not transfer ownership of your files to JPGPDF.cc.

The JPGPDF.cc name, website design, original text, graphics and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, republish or create a misleading version of the website except where permitted by law or an applicable open-source license.

7. Advertising and third-party services

JPGPDF.cc may display advertising or link to third-party websites and services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. JPGPDF.cc does not control and is not responsible for external content, services or transactions.

8. Service availability

Features, supported formats and technical limits may be changed when necessary. The website may be interrupted, restricted, suspended or discontinued without notice, including for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

9. No warranties

JPGPDF.cc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JPGPDF.cc will not be liable for lost files, lost data, unsuccessful submissions, reduced image quality, browser or device problems, missed deadlines, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
